Small Activation Roadshow Pop-Up
THE BRIEF
This goal of this project was to drive brand awareness. This small activation was going to be located in key Shopping Centres and University Locations. We worked with an agency who gave a rough mock-up of what the activation pop-up would look like, and I was tasked with creating the designs for all the elements needed.

The agency created this rough mockup of the Activation Pop-up.

I created these first designs for the front of the Pop-Up. The original idea was to continue with the postcard theme.

These were first draft designs for the back of the Pop-Up.

We then decided to try designs without the postcard theme, and I found I was able to produce more creative designs.

These were my final designs for the Pop-Up, providing two options for where to put the instructions.

Alongside the main Pop-Up Wall artwork, there were seven other elements that needed designing, these included resizing the green screen images, creating Email headers and footers to promote the event. Creating Facebook QR Code signage and a polaroid overlay for each location, the polaroid wallet, the prop signage boxes, and the screen cover signage. The images below shows some of the final designs for those elements.

The overall result was really positive, the Pop-Up Activation came to the main office in Luton for a test trial, it was amazing to see something I’d been working on with the team for a couple months come to life, and it was great to see colleagues engaging with it.

SCOTLAND EVENT
The first two events were held in Scotland. My project manager reported back and said it went really well. “There were lots of shopper engagement, and queues at the Edinburgh St James TUI Store to collect photos, make enquiries and bookings”.
